RV Parking
- RV parking is available in the two front semi-circular driveways.
- If there is not enough room for you in the circular driveways,
1) You can pull into the side driveway and park along the fence line.
NOTE: Park close enough to allow other cars through.
2) You can turn down Sweetwater Avenue, then back up (reverse) towards the small lot, and park along the fence line.

NOTE: *Use someone of driving age as a guide while backing (reversing) onto or across 25th Street. Keep people or other vehicles at a safe distance. Pedestrians and vehicles on 25th Street have the right-of-way.
Vehicle Parking
- Vehicle Parking is available in the two front semi-circular driveways and the small lot on the west side.
NOTE: During events or when parking lots are full, perpendicular parking is permitted on the lawn in front of the semi-circular driveways. Concrete parking stops have been placed in front of the semi-circular drives (as seen in the satellite photo).
**Please use abundant caution when backing out of a perpendicular spot as you are backing onto 25th Street.
Note: Parking on the neighbor's private roadway or driveway is prohibited. Do not park along their fence on 25th Street.

Pets
Dogs are allowed, but they must be kept on a leash, securely held, and controlled by a person physically capable of
holding and controlling the dog (as per city ordinance).
Your dog must also be up to date on its vaccinations.
You are also responsible for cleaning up after your pet. A dog waste station has been provided and is located in the west parking lot.
Note: Bring water for your dog during extended visits or in the summer.
NOTE: You are 100% responsible for your dog and/or pet.
Food and Drink
Picnic tables are near the parking lot on the west side. You can also spread out a blanket and enjoy a Picnic under the shade of the trees.
It can be hot during the summer, so we encourage you to bring bottled water or a sports bottle with water to remain adequately hydrated.
Please note that *food is prohibited in the buildings or around the displays. Also, please avoid bringing open drinks
or to-go cups with plastic snap-on lids that can easily pop open if dropped or knocked over.
*Food and drink may be allowed in buildings for an event with the board's approval. If you have questions, don't hesitate to contact us.
Please be responsible and dispose of your trash properly.
Donations
The admission fee is a free-will contribution. The town operates on your generosity. Contributions for the use of the facility are also welcome.
When visiting the town, there are several ways to make a contribution. You can leave it in the Church or General Store lockbox, take one of the mail-in envelopes and mail it in, use the QR codes posted in several locations, or visit our contribution page and choose the method that works best for you (Cash App, PayPal, or Venmo). Our website is secure using SSL Encryption.
Note: All donations are used for the upkeep, repair, betterment, maintenance, and operation of the town.
The town is supported and overseen by a team of volunteers. We have over 45,000 hours devoted to continuing the dream.

The Experience
The town allows you to take your time and walk on a self-guided tour. You may bump into one of our volunteers while you are there.
Please feel free to ask them for any information you may need. See our tour map. Right-click on the image and save it to your phone, tablet, or laptop/pc.

available on-site.
- Please respect the displays and artifacts. They can not be replaced.
- Children 10 years old and under must have adult supervision. We encourage kids to be interactive, but with care.
- Do not drop your children off and leave.
- Please latch and close all doors as you leave.

Hours of Operation (Open)
May 1st through September 30th. Open seven days a week, Monday through Sunday, 8am to 6pm.
It is a self-guided tour, and we encourage you to take your time. Please note that our volunteers have
jobs and may not be available to give tours.

including photography shoots.
*Off-season visits (weather and schedule permitting) are by appointment only. Please call (308)762-7157 and leave a message.
Please note that our buildings are locked from October 1st to April 30th.

Plan a visit to Dobby’s Frontier Town, Knight Museum, Sallows Military Museum, The Central Park Fountain(lit display in the evening), and a stop at Carhenge. Cool off at the City Pool and enjoy a visit to Carnegie Arts Center.

Dobby's is pleased to announce that we have been included in this year's Passport Program. If a volunteer is not available to stamp your passport, please
stop at K-C's Shortstop, 2420 Box Butte Ave. (one block west) for the stamp.
The Nebraska State Tourism program allows participants to discover Nebraska's hidden gems. A road trip offers a wide variety of adventures.
